# Fishing Place

> Fishing Place (Russian: «Рыбное место») is a free-to-play fishing game that runs as a Telegram Mini App. It is connected to the TON blockchain: rare catches can be minted as NFT certificates on TON and are visible and tradable on Getgems.

## The game

- 12 locations, from a quiet pond and a river to the sea, a frozen lake, a reef, an estuary, the abyss and a geyser valley.
- 130+ fish species with rarities up to legendary and mythic; bosses that appear when you use chum and the right bait.
- Gear progression and crafting: rods, reels, lines, hooks, bait and groundbait.
- Trophy wall and taxidermy for the best catches.
- Weekly and daily tournaments, location leaderboards, duels with friends, clubs, quests, a mentor storyline and seasonal events.
- Free to play. Optional purchases use Telegram Stars.

## NFT catch certificates on TON

- A mythic fish, a species weight record or the first catch of a species on the server can be minted as an NFT certificate.
- Certificates belong to the "Fishing Trophies" collection on the TON blockchain, built on Getgems standard contracts (TEP-62 / TEP-64).
- The NFT is sent to the player's own TON wallet connected via TON Connect: Tonkeeper, Telegram Wallet or any other TON wallet.
- Each certificate records the species, weight, length, location and date of the catch.
- Minting is paid in Telegram Stars; the game covers the TON network fee.
- Special tournaments can have prizes paid in TON.

## How to start

1. Open https://t.me/fishing_simulation_bot?startapp in Telegram.
2. Cast on the first pond and level up to unlock new locations and gear.
3. To get an NFT, open the TON screen in the game (blue TON button on the fishing screen, or More → "NFT on TON"), connect a TON wallet and mint a qualifying trophy from your trophy wall.
